About Cheese Girl

Cheese Girl is a comic book character I had to create as a project for my seventh-grade art class. She is also my alter-ego. Her sidekick is a 3" tall cow named Cowie, and her secret weapon is spray cheese. Don't worry about it.

My initial intention with starting this blog was to document my college adventures. I am currently attending school in the lovely, pleasant, humble Oshkosh, WI. It's a little small and quiet for my usual taste, but certainly a comfortable place to earn a bachelor's degree before I jet off to medical school in a few years.

I am a Christian, and I believe my whole outlook on life can be summed up in these two verses from the letters of the apostle Paul:

• "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love." -Ephesians 4:2, NIV
• "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves." -Philippians 2:3, NIV

My absolute favorite thing in the world is witnessing a smile.

I believe that every single person in the world is important.
